Neil is a seasoned lottery expert with over 28 years experience in lotteries on the African Continent. His lottery journey started in 1998 with South Africa’s first National Lottery and has seen him work in territories through Southern, East, Central and West Africa.
Neil has worked on lotteries from all stakeholder approaches, as the Operator, Suppliers and Consultancies. Drawing on practical experiences as National Sales Manager, Sales and Operations Director for an international technology company to Group COO for operators makes him highly qualified to implement lotteries from the tender and Inception to full operations ranging from the infrastructure, the product design through to distribution channel innovation and expansion. Neil has worked equally with both local and international consortia and consulting companies on the continent.
Neil has a deep understanding of the African Gaming environment scoping both the regulatory and operational landscapes.
